We had my son’s bday here and the place was so hot. I was sweating and I didn’t even go in the play area but was just hanging around at the tables. All my guests were complaining and when I asked the worker, he said they can’t control the AC. Management needs to fix this. I also think it’s a little silly to charge up to 17 years old. Man the guy that works at the front is amazing!! 1st time mom and he Made me feel 100% comfortable with my 2 year old running around touching everything . My son cant run out the doors are magnetic !! Wooo the stress reliever!! Clean area !! Nice foods . Wonderful staff 20 bucks for all day pass . Highly recommend!!!
Gina was great n kind 2 us we love it here and shout 2 da park manager Christa was very respectful and i love the team here ty ty ty again. Ruben was great as well finished the rest of the party 4 us Go Gina

We just had my son's 6th bday party here and it was absolutely wonderful! Gina was so helpful during the party and handled all of the details. I highly suggest coming here for your kids bday or just a fun play date in the air conditioning!
