Families expect a safe and professional environment, but Kids Emporium (Firewheel Mall) is falling incredibly short due to poor management. We've witnessed a pattern of issues over two visits. First, the manager improperly handled a situation where a parent stepped in to stop a children's fight. Second, we encountered an employee who smelled heavily of alcohol while working, which the manager completely dismissed when notified. All in all its great, some areas could use a touch up but it was perfect for the kid who doesbt pay attention to that detail. Definitely will bring my kid back on a regular basis, affordable fun!
