THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND IT STARTS WITH THE HEAD THE OFFICE MANAGER ROSE! WHEN ASKING TO SPEAK TO HER SHE PLACED A REP ON THE PHONE THAT WASNT EVEN A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT AND WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO ROSE SHE TOLD THE REP TO TELL ME THAT SHE DOESNT WONT TO SPEAK WITH ME AND WOULD NOT GET ON THE PHONE.....
I have been coming to this office since my oldest (4) was born and now after having my second son i wanted to stay w this office because they had been good service wise now not so much after all the staff has changed. I have been switched drs 3 times in the 4 yrs of going and they just do it w out telling you so when u go back its like oh hey by the way we took the liberty to change it w out u knowing! My daughter has came for years love her doctor but everyone else is rude it all starts at the front desk that's where people get a first impression,my daughter has not seen her doctor over a year now which is ridiculous ...slow rude and unorganized I will be switching soon
I have been looking for a new doctor to take my 2 year old daughter to. She has been going to the same place since she was born but does nt get to see the same doctor each time she goes. Now that she s older she knows what going to the doctor means and I think she will be more comfortable if she sees the same doctor all the time.
