Professional and kind staff! They always check to make sure everything is covered by insurance BEFORE the kids get seen so there’s no surprises. I appreciate this so much!
Please believe the low star reviews. BAD EXPERIENCE Maybe it was a 2x thing or just my experience, but if you’re a PEDIATRIC dentist… you should know how to work with /speak to children. Not impressed at all. I will say I do like the office staff they are sweet & accommodating, but that specialist over there should definitely not be in peds.
Absolutely horrible experience! I would NEVER refer anyone to to go here! Dr. Dhillon was the dentist to work on my son. He doesn’t do well with taking medicine and he also has sensory issues as well I explained that to her before hand. She proceeded to give him medication through a syringe and immediately he began to gag. She covered his mouth and nose as he was gagging and I had to yell at her to let go and had to pick my son up off the chair as soon as I picked him up he was gasping for air!!!
