I really wanted to leave a better review because the doctor and assistant are truly excellent—professional, skilled, and kind. Unfortunately, the front desk staff completely ruin the experience. It honestly feels like the front desk is more of a hangout spot than a place of business. Most of the time, they’re glued to their phones, watching TikToks or chatting, barely acknowledging patients walking in. Basic customer service seems to be optional here. If I can give 0 stars I would. I’m very disappointed on their appointment programming first off my daughter had an appt which they had to cancel and reschedule and it’s not like they go with the time you can make it, they give you the time they want. Not every person can make it when they please. Even so I had to cancel and reschedule because it doesn’t fit my work schedule and I have told the receptionist that I can only make morning appointments. Top-notch care and customer service. Best orthodontists in all of queens! The doctors make you feel at ease and the quality of work is outstanding!! I highly recommend. I would rate 100 stars if I could.
