If I can give 0 stars I would. I’m very disappointed on their appointment programming first off my daughter had an appt which they had to cancel and reschedule and it’s not like they go with the time you can make it, they give you the time they want. Not every person can make it when they please. Even so I had to cancel and reschedule because it doesn’t fit my work schedule and I have told the receptionist that I can only make morning appointments. Top-notch care and customer service. Best orthodontists in all of queens! The doctors make you feel at ease and the quality of work is outstanding!! I highly recommend. I would rate 100 stars if I could.

I came with my daughter today was the last treatment they charged me 4000 dollars the same that was supposed to be for Joy's appointment nobody informed me and today they wanted to charge me more constantly the receptionist brazenly yelled at the front desk that I have to pay if they were not going to attend to me she does not respect the patients that are in the office it is a terrible service. I have been there today, the receptionists are very nice, co-operating, polite. But the dr. I don’t know his name, because he didn’t bother to tell me his name. I understand my son has got some serious problem in about a month and HE could have present it to me in better way , but he literally scold me, I don’t know if he was mad at someone but his behavior was so rude.
