My child was having a dental emergency, and Kids Dental was able to quickly and efficiently take a medical history, fit us in for a consult right away, then schedule a procedure ASAP. Everybody we interacted with (Felicia, Lisa, Andrea and Dr. Zee) was professional and experienced, and we are very happy with the skilled care our child received. I wish we had come here in the first place, instead of wasting time and insurance money with other disorganized and chaotic dental clinics.
I wish I had a good experience with this dental clinic but I did not. While I loved the kid themed decor and the dentists were very friendly, the actual care and expertise that I would have expected from a pediatric dentist was lacking. I did not like how they insisted on X-rays every single time we came into the office (felt like a cash grab). And I eventually left the clinic after an x-ray session whereby the assistant had to retake an x-ray 5-6 times because it wasn’t clear and had forgotten to put any protective equipmen... read more
