My daughter experienced horrible care at this clinic. 4 teeth were removed during a surgery for an entirely different tooth. 5 tooth extractions in one go, when only 1 was to be performed and no dentist discussed removal of these teeth before or after my daughters surgery. No consent was given. After my daughters surgery she was left by herself (both the dentist and anaesthetist had left the building), with 1 nurse scrambling for help as my daughter was experiencing reactive airways. We have had the most amazing experience with Dr PY Lai and his Team. Not only is this practice to the highest standard with equipment but also with the care.
