My child has received extensive treatment from the team at Spring Hill led by the fabulous, highly skilled, Dr. PY Lai. A solid rapport was developed between patient and treating practitioners allowing my child to sit in chair for treatments now. Children with special needs are treated in a caring way facilitating trust between dental surgeon and patient. We had been to other dentists, only regret was not going to Dr.P.Y Lai and the team first.

My daughter experienced horrible care at this clinic. 4 teeth were removed during a surgery for an entirely different tooth. 5 tooth extractions in one go, when only 1 was to be performed and no dentist discussed removal of these teeth before or after my daughters surgery. No consent was given. After my daughters surgery she was left by herself (both the dentist and anaesthetist had left the building), with 1 nurse scrambling for help as my daughter was experiencing reactive airways.
