My young son needed to have several teeth removed. He needed a general anaesthetic. The team (Dr. PY, Dr. Francesca and Nurse Chelsea) were so helpful and so kind. The process was was so smooth - so clear that there is a love for and understanding of children and what they need to feel safe. The kindness and high level of professionalism made them a joy to work with and easy to recommend.
The Receptionists are rude and the dental associates are belittling. I don't think anyone here genuinely enjoys what they do. Have been here twice and won't be giving them another chance or dollar. Was asked to take my superannuation out to pay for upcoming treatment and got a second opinion elsewhere from an esteemed professional whom let me know much of the work quoted was unnecessary. Thanks, but no thanks.
