Second visit. Was impossible to get ahold
If you want a dental office with no customer service or follow up, and a dentist that is so busy you'll be waiting months for basic items, this is the one for you! It is clear that you are just a $ to these guys. Keep looking if you want to be treated respectfully.
I was recommended to this Ortho for my daughter about 8 months ago. First appt I had to cancel and reschedule which was two months out. The day comes for her second appt and they cancel due to the Dr being 'sick' and reschedule for 3 months out. Had an appt for Monday Feb 10th and they just texted me to say that appt is cancelled until further notice because of an 'emergency with the dr'. What a joke of a place.
