We love the dental side
We love it here! Both of my kids are treated so well by the kind and knowledgeable staff! Doctor Brandon is caring and supportive and tells you everything you need to know! I trust them with my kids and they have always worked with us on scheduling appointments when necessary! Definitely a great spot, we’ve been other place and the quality of care here is excellent!
Everyone is super nice here, so I feel like a grinch for leaving a negative review. However, I will start with my biggest pet peeve, which is when I leave a message, no one ever calls me back. I feel like I have to cross my fingers that someone will answer so I can get my urgent issues dealt with. Second, the urgent issues are happening at a rate that seems to exceed what normalcy is regarding braces. Happy with dental care and exam. Staff are kind, caring and works well with family. Thank you for compassionate dental care toward my adult disable son with Autism.
The worst orthodontist experience I have ever had. My daughter had braces for over a year but because they are so shorthanded, she wasn’t seen by an orthodontist for five months and at that point, we changed orthodontist. She had to have them removed and replaced with a new pair. Horrible experience.
