They try the best they can with my autistic great grandson.
Our dentist was patient and kind, and made our son feel at ease. He made a potentially scary appointment, easy and doable. We are so appreciative. It was a really good experience.
Absolutely love this dentist he is amazing
We have seen this dentist a couple of times. Every time is the same. He does not use the time to address or explain what is needed for my daughter but speaks about how good he is as the owner of the clinic. But staff told me he is just a contract general dentist working in this cooperate dental clinic, but not a pediatric dentist. My daughter's treatment has not progress. He is not friendliest to his staff and fellow dentist.
I would never recommend Tumwater Family Orthodontics. Both of my children are patients here and the experience has been unacceptable. Their own policy states that children must be seen every 6 weeks, but my kids are only scheduled every 2–3 months. My son has not been seen since June 11th, 2025 and currently has three broken brackets. The brackets were poorly applied from the start — they break even when he eats soft foods like steamed zucchini — while my daughter, eating the same foods, has never had a bracket break.
