The worst dentist. She cancelled our appointment twice due to unavailability tools to be used for the extraction of tooth of my kid. She was not honest with us from the beginning. She kept of accepting clients but no dental tools? We were already in the clinic when she cancelled it. I filed leave twice from work for those appointments and missed my kid’s school twice. Very unprofessional and did not even apologize. I’m gonna report this dentist.
New info: BEWARE!... NEW July 2025 (east indian dentist) is horrible She will pull teeth and force rough work on the children. No alternative options as she has no Customer service skills, wants easy options vs Longevity in dental well being. When told about her poor service, she just told us to find a new dentist. Wow now after 16 years at same office. We have more respect then to let your dentist be so uncouth!! Good riddance. One of the main reasons I always come back is because of the pleasant assistants . Everyone is usually nice but today Katherine went above and beyond from my son asking questions, she explained everything with a wonderful attitude ! making him feel comfortable. She gave exceptional bedside manner. I can only hope she is appreciated by the doctor her because she’s an asset for sure. Give her a raise !!
