She was abusive and aggressive with how she treated our son during his haircut. Never again.
HIGHLY not recommended, like so many others here, my son was treated aggressively, jerking his head around into whatever position if he didn’t hold it perfectly where she wanted it and being rude/snappy with him. I’ve taken my son to several different locations- Kids Adventure Cuts, Pigtails & Crewcuts, Causey’s and have NEVER experienced the treatment he received here. Was extremely rough with my 6 year old and 4 year old Grandsons. My 4 year old had masks on his neck from her holding his Neck still. Unacceptable!! Will never go Back and never recommend to anyone. My Grandsons stated when leaving that she hurt them…I DO NOT RECOMEND Shawna to any child.
