Was extremely rough with my 6 year old and 4 year old Grandsons. My 4 year old had masks on his neck from her holding his Neck still. Unacceptable!! Will never go Back and never recommend to anyone. My Grandsons stated when leaving that she hurt them…I DO NOT RECOMEND Shawna to any child. She was very aggressive with my son, pushing his head around while rushing even though I got there early and he started screaming crying. He’s never done this for a haircut and she just said “they get more difficult the older they get”. My kids very gentle and obedient and has always just sat there still as a 2 year old can be during his last few haircuts. Never again, sharkeys in west Ashley does a much better job.

We had the BEST experience at Kids Cuts! Our 13 month old loved Ms Shawna and the fire truck seat with all the toys!! His haircut is beautiful and we will be coming back! Highly recommend.

Made an appointment at the downtown location. Received an email 6 minutes before that appointment that they were not downtown that day and were in Mt Pleasant. My appointment was accepted at the downtown location and no attempt, prior to minutes before when we were on our way, was made to inform us. Really disappointed.
