I ordered several items on Facebook from this store and when I received, one of the items I ordered that was stated as a dress, did not even cover my daughter's behind. I looked the item up online and it was listed as a shirt. I contacted the owner and was told no returns and that it was suppose to be a dress. A few days later the same item was listed as a shirt. This place is an absolute scam. We are fighting with them over a $600 order right now. We didn't get what we ordered. When we asked to get our stuff we were told we got what we ordered. No invoice and NO REFUNDS. Had to get the bank, VISA, Facebook, Police involved to our money back. These people need to be put out of business.

I have always had a pleasant experience. They have quite a selection. Also NEW items and they have great deals on name brands like children's place. I go there all the time and I will be back.

i have been to both stores and we have had great experiences!! the prices are the lowest and definitley the most reasonable!! i have recommended everyone i know to either location

This lady is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I have never been treated this way by anyone. The owner claimed to be too busy to deal with me, but had plenty of time to call me at home and YELL at me. That's right. She yelled at me. I am absolutely appalled. DO NOT shop at this store. Go to another local boutique! DO NOT give this woman your business.

The woman who owns this shop is a sneaky con artist. I never received my package and she also kept my money. She also doubled my shipping and kept the money while claiming she does not make any money on the shipping. She's rude and did nothing to help me as a customer. She also does not have good customer service skills what so ever. If i can give you any advice do not shop there. Take your business somwhere else where they will appreciate it!
