I sent my daughter part time toddler room at this centre and was horrified with the experience. As early as the transition period and on her first few days in the daycare I saw no effort by the teachers to help her ease into the room. I saw my daughter cry and not be held or comforted by the teacher. During nap time, I saw no effort by the teacher to sit beside her or comfort her and this was just the first few days. I met with Simran who is the assistant director at this location. She really goes above and beyond while caring for kids 💯. Would definitely recommend Simran’s classroom. I wanted to appreciate all the effort that the staff puts in the care for the kids. This day care centre is pretty good with an inbuilt playground, and spacious rooms for kids.

My child is in the toddler room and she loves it there. The staff are so nice and caring. We had a 5 day transition plan. It was one hour on the first day at 0930am and it slowly increased by an hour till it’s five hours on the fifth day. I didn’t notice a high turnover at this location. Several years later I am able to share my experience from way back in January 2020. I showed up unannounced to pick up my 17 month old, only to find that he was taken outside to play in -20C weather with only a tshirt on because he "refused to put on his coat". Found him with purple lips and shivering. It was enraging, heartbreaking and a complete lost of trust. Took days off to gather myself while looking for a new daycare, and then the pandemic hit. It was truly any parents nightmare.
