Very unprofessional and cannot be trusted that their waitlist process is fair. I received a call from Rosha Mo on Feb 3 at 5:24pm but I missed the call. She left a voicemail letting me know that there's an infant spot opening up for April. She mentioned she will follow up with an email which I have 24 hrs to respond or the spot will be given to someone else on the waitlist. I waited for the email which never came. Our little boy loves to go to daycare because of its kind and caring people. The place is clean and organized, and everyone follows the schedule.

We have had a very positive experience at Kids and Company in BC and transitioning here was very relieving since we knew the company and kind of care. My son received warm welcome and within few weeks he is well adjusted to the routine. Teachers here understand the challenge of parents and their reassuring care really helps. The entire team is very loving and friendly. Thank you so much for everything you do.

The caregivers really love and treat the kids great. My son has a lot of fun and sometimes doesn't want to leave. This gives me a sense of security since it reflects that he feels safe and comfortable while at daycare. The staff is always friendly and gives great updates. Additionally this is one of the few daycares that provide on demand access to cameras to check in on your child.
