Mona is incredibly approachable, supportive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure families feel welcomed and cared for. Mona takes the time to listen, understands the needs of both children and parents, and ensures the centre runs smoothly and with great attention to detail. Her professionalism and genuine care create a positive, nurturing environment that gives parents peace of mind. We are so grateful for her dedication!

Very unprofessional and cannot be trusted that their waitlist process is fair. I received a call from Rosha Mo on Feb 3 at 5:24pm but I missed the call. She left a voicemail letting me know that there's an infant spot opening up for April. She mentioned she will follow up with an email which I have 24 hrs to respond or the spot will be given to someone else on the waitlist. I waited for the email which never came. We have had a very positive experience at Kids and Company in BC and transitioning here was very relieving since we knew the company and kind of care. My son received warm welcome and within few weeks he is well adjusted to the routine. Teachers here understand the challenge of parents and their reassuring care really helps. The entire team is very loving and friendly. Thank you so much for everything you do.
