The office is always clean and inviting the staff always friendly from the minute you come in and the doctors are amazing my girls have been coming to the elmont offices since they were babies now they are 16 and 18.
The doctors and NP’s are great but the front desk staff is hard to deal with. Most of them are rude and seemingly don’t want to be there. You can call them and get placed on hold and sometimes they don’t even pick the phone back up. Not to mention, emailing them for any sort of forms to their designated form email is IMPOSSIBLE.
