The doctors themselves have been fine, and I have no complaints about the medical care we've received. Unfortunately, everything changed after the practice came under the new management, Allied Physicians. Their billing department is an absolute disaster. It appears to operate as a completely separate entity with no accountability or communication. They submitted my daughter's claim to our health insurance using the same billing code multiple times, causing the claim to be denied as a duplicate. This was entirely their error... read more
