Omg I love Dr.Cowan he was great for my kids if it had not been for insurance problems my kids would still be there. But we will be back one day soon!!!!!
I was referred to Dr.Cowan by several individuals. Dr.Cowan came to visit me when I on was bed rest and came to visit my baby when he was born. This showed me a lot about his character. Dr.Cowan takes time with each patient , he looks at every detail about your child. I will be honest I left Dr.Cowan because of the wait time , however I have returned. Dr. James L Cowan, III is Memphis' best Pediatrician – Dr. James Cowan, III is an excellent Pediatrician. He came highly recommended by two people that I trust and respect. He is very thorough and patient with his little babies. He's also very patient with 1st time parents. Before I had my daughter, I had a consulation meeting with Dr. Cowan. Love this doc! – My son suddenly began having seizures. Hospitalized for 4 days and no pediatrician or neurologist could figure it out. Displeased with my pediatric group, I remembered my OB had recommended Cowan before my son was born. I called Dr. Cowan in tears, he talked with me on the phone for over 25 minutes and said that my son may have a rare form of epilepsy.
