Purchased a brand new nursery set & had it delivered without issue. The first thing I noticed upon opening the boxes was that this must have been a floor model. Dings and damage all over the crib + crack on the changing tray. Sent an email and was told to bring the damaged parts back after paying $150 for delivery. Zero stars.
I cannot recommend Kids and Baby Furniture Warehouse enough! This was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. A friend of mine had been raving about this place for months, insisting I check it out — and I’m so glad I finally did, even though I left it to the last minute.
