The 3-Piece Birch Set deal included a mattress that would have cost extra elsewhere. When you are preparing for a baby, finding a retailer that actually passes on real savings is refreshing. The mattress quality is excellent too.

Bought a crib before the due date, told us took about 3 months to get the products. It's been over half year, part of the order is still not fulfilled, no one called or emailed us about it in the last 6 months. now we asked them, they told us that part didn't pass the safety test and we had to wait another 3 months. How can you sell something before it was tested for safety standards to customer to begin with? When we purchased the crib, that's not what they said.
Disappointing Experience — Wouldn’t Shop Here Again We outfitted our daughter’s nursery here with a crib, dresser, and nursery chair. The furniture itself is decent, but the experience has left a lot to be desired. When putting the furniture together, I had to drill some of the holes myself because the pre-drilled holes weren’t done correctly. Not exactly what you expect when buying new furniture.
