I have had bowel issues from birth, every doctor classified it as constipation, but here they told me I have irritable bowel syndrome and worked with me to get me back in health. I'm young but I've been to the doctor more times than some elderly people, I really appreciate the people here for figuring out what was my problem.
I have nothing but good things to say about the whole office. My son has been struggling for a while and she is the only doctor who has take my concerns seriously and gotten to the bottom of it. The whole office staff was tremendous. Her nurse played with my son and kept him entertained the whole time. I am very impressed!!!
I haven't met Dr. Ulmer yet, but her NP is fantastic. My son has been battling a GI issue for years and his regular pediatrician pushed blew us off. They sent us to a urologist instead of a GI doctor, and then finally once I pushed back, they finally referred us to the GI office. In one visit, the NP explained everything that was happening and got us on the right track to fix it all. It's the first time in 14 years I've actually felt like someone listened to us and knew exactly how to treat it.
