My daughter and I were verbally abused here. Do not take your children here. She wouldn't stop raising her voice at me or my daughter and was aggressive when touching her. Then was demanding eye contact from my daughter who was in tears. We were unable to have an exam and my poor daughter was traumatized from her experience. Dr. Ulmer needs anger management and education on what it is to have good bedside manner. All of the other staff in her office was extremely pleasant. I have had bowel issues from birth, every doctor classified it as constipation, but here they told me I have irritable bowel syndrome and worked with me to get me back in health. I'm young but I've been to the doctor more times than some elderly people, I really appreciate the people here for figuring out what was my problem.
I have nothing but good things to say about the whole office. My son has been struggling for a while and she is the only doctor who has take my concerns seriously and gotten to the bottom of it. The whole office staff was tremendous. Her nurse played with my son and kept him entertained the whole time. I am very impressed!!!
