I have nothing but good things to say about the whole office. My son has been struggling for a while and she is the only doctor who has take my concerns seriously and gotten to the bottom of it. The whole office staff was tremendous. Her nurse played with my son and kept him entertained the whole time. I am very impressed!!!
I haven't met Dr. Ulmer yet, but her NP is fantastic. My son has been battling a GI issue for years and his regular pediatrician pushed blew us off. They sent us to a urologist instead of a GI doctor, and then finally once I pushed back, they finally referred us to the GI office. In one visit, the NP explained everything that was happening and got us on the right track to fix it all. It's the first time in 14 years I've actually felt like someone listened to us and knew exactly how to treat it.
Always a good experience at Dr Ulmer's. Cheerful staff, always have the time to give answers if you have questions, and they're quick at making sure you know your child's test results if you needed to have testing done.
