Very disappointed in this office and the way they treated my mom. Five minutes late and was told needed to reschedule do to a funeral percession. My mom is 72 drives over sn hour to the appointment they changed the same day. And turned her away. What a complete unprofessional way to treat patients. I hope this doctor is aware of his staff …. The receptionist and the people working in the office all need to be fired, they are the nastiest people to deal with. Dr.Buck was was very nice and seemed like he cares but the people in the office make you feel like you are bothering them.
My wife has a kidney transplant, and therefore is a high priority kidney patient. She saw a doctor at this location, got labs, etc… Almost a month later, zero calls from anyone at the office. She called for weeks on end trying to speak to the medical assistant — they never called her back. Finally demanded to speak to the manager, and my wife diagnosed herself by asking what her levels were at from the labs. Absolutely horrific, incompetent, and dangerous staff at this place, on every level. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
Great experience. I see Dr. Buck. Front office not always good with patient or calls.
