Extremely unprofessional staff, don’t show up for their shifts. They keep dialysis patients waiting for more than two hours after the scheduled time of 4:30 am. This happens on many occasions. When you tell them about it they say there’s nothing they can do. Sometimes no R.N. Is present during procedures. Very disappointing and frustrating. They need to be fined by the authorities.
