been seeing this Dr Vera for years, saved my life (literally) on more than one occasion. I would say grab physical prescriptions just in case aà they are a little slow with calling them in. Even the nurse practitioner is competent I'm usually not a fan. wait times as mentioned by other people are due to the amount of people who try to get appointments with this doctor. You can request to only see a specific doctor.
This place is a joke. Don't waste your time. You'll have to wait 2 months for an appointment to see a nurse practitioner. Not even a Doctor for you 1st visit. Then they don't call in your prescriptions Very incompetent.
