I have never had a better experience with a physician or office staff. Dr. Powers and his the nurse practitioner Ms. Glover sat and consulted with me together, exchanging ideas and information with each other and with me. They explained and discussed everything clearly with me and answered all my questions. The office staff Rochelle and Haley were also extremely pleasant and happy to help me. It was a positive experience all around.
I would be willing to bet a grand that you wont find more uncaring staff ANYWHERE! They have most definitely cornered the market on nurses that care more about the cigarette but on the sidewalk than their patients. I was a patient for 13 years and had gotten so used to having to beg the nurses to do their job that when I started my new dr, I was so amazed!
