To start the address is wrong the GPS takes you to the hospital and the offices actually across the street next to the exercise place and that's a good clue about how the practice is because they haven't changed that in over 2 years they also double book appointments so you find yourself sitting here over an hour sometimes

Thank you for being the only DR over my gmaws care, that was honest with me. Prepared me when everyone else danced around the subject. My gmaw succumbed shortly after talking with you, but I was able to be prepared, prepare my family, and most importantly prepare my husband, her grandson whom she raised. She lived a long and impactful 93yrs and we are at peace she is no longer suffering. But thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Ballouk. I asked for honest, and you gave it.

I saw Dr. Ballouk in the Bartlett office. I actually feel dumber for having made that appointment. The nurse had no idea how to take blood pressure, which was the reason I was there. He wasn't interested in anything I had to say and completely ignored most of it. He did manage to get me out of his office as fast as he could. He added more of a medication that I was already taking and having problems with and another medication that I probably shouldn't take due to my job and gym activity. I wont be returning.
