The office is terrible! first of all as nurse coming a office that is nasty, unacceptable the exam rooms, bathroom, waiting room, they don't send you a bills, the just tell you when you show up, they don't send reminders to the patients, my doctor use to come to our office to see patients he's always has been really nice, I had to reschedule my appointment and they told me 2 months, as a nurse that works in a doctors office none of your patient would ever have to wait 2 or 3 months to be see, I hate to have to go but this is... read more
The wait is ridiculous!! I had a 9:45am appointment didn't see the doctor until 11:55 am!!! Follow up and lab was walking out at 12:07pm!!! Unprofessional very Unacceptable!!!
The wait time is insane! The first time, I tried to give a pass but it happened again and was worse. Over an hour and a half wait....this did not even include the lab work at the end. 1 hour wait in the lobby. Thirty minutes in the room before the doctor came in. He read my results and that was it besides a urine sample. The receptionist is very sweet and the doctor is nice but the wait time is too long.
They have no idea what's going on
Dr. Awan and his staff are compassionate and lovely to work with. However, wait times must be addressed. Kidney Group of Memphis, please reduce patient wait times. I waited 1.5 hours to be seen for my 1st appointment and 2.5 hours for my 2nd appointment. I was scheduled for 2:30pm and did not see the doctor until 5pm. It is highly taxing on patients with sensitive health and very expensive in lost work time.
