Staff is rude and disrespectful. If someone is contacting you because they are unwell you should treat them kindly and if you can't do that you shouldn't be in this line of work. Shameful.
Well I had my first appointment with one of the Drs. and he was great I was very pleased with the visit we talked and he explained my options concerning a blood pressure issue. My pressure was a little high. He prescribed a new pill to try and lower it a bit and he said I should have it checked every couple of weeks for a while. So I went back to the office to get it checked and the receptionist said there would be a charge to have it checked whatever my co-pay was depending on my insurance.
