They do not answer the phone. Nor do they call you back. I’m trying to schedule my mother as a new patient. I will take her elsewhere, as this already left a poor taste in my mouth.
No one answers the phone. At any drs office. They gave me a number of a nurse to schedule my appointments and they don’t even call back Healthcare sucks Drs are good once you see them. 3 4 5 6 months later
The phone hardly ever gets picked up at the Pottstown location, messages are left and there's never a return call. This is not fair to the patients. Have a nice day.
