My aunt is seen here. I took her to get labs done. Front desk clerk would answer the phone, speak loudly and then after ending the call would talk about the person/ conversation calling in. I understand there may be miscommunication, frustration on both ends but the desk clerk should hold her composure and not be speaking about the person/ call afterwards to where patients in the waiting area can hear the clerk complaining about someone calling in.
