While I cannot speak to the current legal proceedings, I can share my experience with Dr Zeledon. The first time my wife and I met him, we both said that he was one of the nicest doctors we had ever been referred to. He was highly thought of by my other doctors, he was very friendly and he laughed a lot (something many doctors don't do). Most importantly, he got me out of stage 4 kidney failure. He's closing his practice. His expertise will be sorely missed.
