I brought my Mother in who is on oxygen and the Receptionist was rude from the start with a bad attitude. Poor interpersonal skills with customers. Threw her hands up because we didn’t bring a medication sheet which ended up being an issue with the rehabilitation facility my Mother is at. Overall, not happy but other staff were fine.
