Please DO NOT allow your children to be seen at this facility!! Abuse is intolerable!! Especially in a business that treats children! Management is irresponsible in defending an abusive therapist and your doors deserve to be permanently closed and licenses revoked. Vet your staff better and IMMEDIATELY FIRE an employee that ADMITS to abusing a child in your care!!!!!!!!! Please take your children somewhere else and please be vigilant parents and make sure your children are being provided safe and caring services.
My family has had a wonderful experience at Kidnetic Energy for both OT and PT. Therapists have been thorough and thoughtful. Office staff has been helpful. We highly recommend Kidnetic to others needing therapy services!
I have zero tolerance to company’s like this and sensational kids and if your kid misses a testing appointment due to nuero app far more urgent they want to run to the doctor like as if to say your in trouble and you are the parent! This nonsense has to stop! When people start declining service and they go out of business they’ll stop acting so rude and inconsiderate! Your child pays thier check’s! They need to understand that!!
Yesterday was a nightmare for me. I took my son to his PT therapy lesson at Kidnetics. I could hear him crying so I went to the therapy room to check on him. I saw the therapist squeezing his mouth so hard that he started to cry hard and ran away with red marks on his cheeks. I have been bringing my daughter (now 2.5) to Kidnetics for over 2 years for PT, OT, and ST . . . 5 sessions per week total. Over the last couple of years, I have had the pleasure of getting to know most of the therapists and all of the office staff. They have all become like family. They truly care about the kids and love and celebrate each and every milestone each child makes. I couldn't ask for anyone better to be a part of our medical team.
