Staff memeber who answered the phone was extremely rude and did not have good customer service. 0/10 Her name was Tess. I hope management does something about.
We love Dr. Bell and his entire staff! For the past four years, my girls and I have been met with kindness, compassion and humor. When we had a scary incident a few years ago the entire staff was hands on and called to check on us afterwards. Dr. Bell and the nurses take their time to listen and give the best care. We love KidMed!
I have been taking my children to Dr. Bell for the past seven years. He and his staff are amazing! They are always attentive and polite. He goes above and beyond for his patients and ensures they have they best care possible.
Dr. Bell is THE BEST!
