This clinic prescribed category 4 and category 3 drugs to my two children without ever actually examining them whilst they were in another persons care. What pediatrician doesn’t speak to their own 12 and 14 year old patients for Christ sake 🤦♀️
Had a great experience with Dr. Arman Babajanyan. We were recommended KidMed from Nepean hospital to help with tongue tie. The reception staff were also great and managed to squeeze us in sooner so that my son could be seen to before he was a month old. When attending the appointment we assumed that only the tongue tie would be addressed but Dr. Arman was such a fountain of knowledge and went above and beyond. Dr Arman is very caring and highly experienced doctor. We are very happy to have found him.
Receptionist is wildly rude. Had an appt. booked for 3 months in advance. The day before the booked appt. she calls me to say the appointment needs to be rescheduled with no reason behind it. I was already angry because my son's Dad and I had to get the day off work and explained this to her. She says the best she can do is two weeks from now. Calls back a few hours later and magically can fit us in on our scheduled day, just a bit later. Great! After our appointment my son, who we are seeing a paeditrician for behavioural i... read more
