Was helpful until he heard a competitor's price and me realizing in real time it would be a better route to go with them. I thanked him for his time and he simply just hung up on me. Considered bringing my vehicle here for other repairs but I will most likely pass since common courtesy and manners don't seem to apply here. It's only about dollar signs here and that doesn't build a good customer relationship. Being a great business is more than just providing a service. Went in their, asked about something simple, smt I knew what the problem was, just wanted to see if they would try saying it was a bigger problem that needed days of work, and a lot of money to repair. The guy immediately knew exactly what the problem was and even told me exactly where it was and how to fix it myself, which took 30 seconds. The problem could had been easily manipulated to be really bad, but this is an honest business, they will not scam you, if they say its bad, it's problem because it is bad.
