Extremely prompt service. Called them one day and they came and pumped my septic tank the next day.
I called Kidds Plumbing about having low hot water pressure, technician BJ came over later the same day, replaced a valve and worked good as new. Great service, very respectful and saved me from paying over 2k replacing the whole water heater. Thanks again BJ!
The guy that came out to my in laws house was super friendly and accommodating and my mother in law just raved about him. She was told a sink had to be ordered to complete the job and when she called to get a status report she was treated very VERY unkind on the phone and accused of cheating the company and trying to make them go broke after THEIR TECHNICIAN gave her a discount on services and even helped her write the check out.
