We hired Kiddo-Land Therapy for RBT services for my son at school, but reliability was a constant problem. His RBT frequently no-showed or canceled last minute, often with zero notice, disrupting his routine. When we raised concerns, they had us bring him into the center on Saturdays instead — but multiple times we showed up to find no one there to work with him, again without any warning. The staff at Kiddoland are so kind and supportive. They truly care about the clients and their families. It has been a joy working with them!
I just want to say how grateful I am for this place. They are such an amazing team of people who truly care and love what they do. All 3 of my kids have gone there and they love it. My daughter for example she started going and she had trouble with social skills and making friends. She went for a year and half and at the end of it she became social saying hi when someone would say hi and was able to make connections with other kids and ended up making many friends.
