We had a great experience at Kiddies Eye Care. Nicky and the team were thorough, supportive, and kept us well informed throughout the process. After wearing the glasses for some time, the results have been very positive. We are really happy with the quality of care, attention to detail, and the glasses provided. We had a great experience at Kiddies Eyecare. After some difficulty getting the right prescription for my child, we finally got everything sorted here. Nicky and the staff have been thorough and very supportive throughout the process and have kept us well informed. We had a fantastic experience with Nicky! She was professional, thorough and incredibly kind with my son. She made the appointment fun and engaging, and it was clear she really knows how to work with kids! She explained everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable. I’m so happy we saw her!!
Chi was fantastic. He was able to get my two year old to have a full eye examination when previously the RCH hadn’t been able to due to poor association with the hospital setting. I was so grateful for his effort and skill, my son left smiling, it was an incredible result.
