We had a fantastic experience with Nicky! She was professional, thorough and incredibly kind with my son. She made the appointment fun and engaging, and it was clear she really knows how to work with kids! She explained everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable. I’m so happy we saw her!!
Chi was fantastic. He was able to get my two year old to have a full eye examination when previously the RCH hadn’t been able to due to poor association with the hospital setting. I was so grateful for his effort and skill, my son left smiling, it was an incredible result.
After testing a whole class apparently every single kid needed glasses, Also both kids tested here said our son needed glasses and our daughter. After second opinion son didn't need glasses and daughters prescription was way to high.
Extremely thankful to the team at Kiddies Eye Care- especially Dr Chi and Dr Gaynor. We first noticed our two-year-old’s eye turning outwards and took him to three different optometrists, all of whom told us he was too young to test and to come back when he was five. One even suggested I was being paranoid. Not once did they admit they weren’t equipped to test such a young child or refer us somewhere more appropriate. Their pricing is unreasonable high and they even not willing to give a lollipop to a kid which is only a few cents unless you visit them and pay high bill.
