We’ve been going to Kiddies Dental since my daughters were very young and have always had positive experiences with Dr Jamie, Dr Karen and Dr Samantha. Over these few years, they’ve been seeing Dr. Samantha, and she has been wonderful. She is very patient, gentle, and playful with kids, which makes each visit much easier and more enjoyable. Not happy. My appointment was for 11:15am and I arrived 10 mins late which I accepted, my daughter didn’t have any issues with her teeth it was her first time visiting a dentist so it was just a meet and greet. Sam refused to see my daughter as we were late she quoted via her receptionist “I have a big job to take care of coming in”. I accepted we were late but even if it was just 5 mins to look at her teeth and let her sit on the chair and meet a real dentist, if she did find anything we could have then booked a second appo... read more
My child can get quite anxious at dental appointments, but the team at Kiddies Dental Care were incredible. Dr Kay is brillant and took the time to reassure her, explained each step in child-friendly language, and made her feel completely at ease. I’m so grateful for their care and patience.
I wouldn’t take my children anywhere else. Lovely staff my children look forward to their appointments, Clean bright clinic.
We have being seeing the amazing Miss Kay for last 2 years and kiddies dental in Weribee is the most amazing dental clinic specialising in children the dentist here help children get over the anxiety feeling of a dentist visit! We are sooo happy with this service and highly recommend we make the drive all the time and do not regret it one bit!
