We usually go to We Rock but they were closed so we decided to check this spot out. The front desk worker was not friendly at all but okay not the end of the world. We get inside and it’s almost fully carpeted. There’s just no way to keep carpet sanitized. The first thing I noticed is that everything is really run down. Toys are missing pieces/broken and strewn about the whole place. A lot of areas have tape on them and padding is coming up/ripped. Almost all the toys had dead batteries
Sadly the location in mayfield heights closed so we’ve been frequenting this location for birthday parties and play dates. Still the same set up/atmosphere. Kind staff. Bathrooms and changing areas are well kept. It’s a nice place to take the babies without it being “too big” of a space. Small enough to keep your eye on the kiddos and feel at ease letting them roam freely.
Lots of fun things for tots to do. Disappointed no ball pit though
