2 stars may be harsh, but I wasnt pleased with my visit to this establishment. Although, I like the close-nit feel and the ability to see your child pretty much throughout the main room, I will not be returning. The location is filthy, my daughters brand new socks were filthy. The one staff member was really rude to a customer when she requested her to turn the volume down. She snapped back about how the speakers are right there and only on 27. The Lyndhurst location was clean and not too busy on a Friday afternoon 2 stars because of the state of the living space for live animals in the play room. There is a bird (Kiwi) who's cage is filled with droppings, had little food, and brown dirty water. There is a tank that looks like it was set up for a reptile with dead mealworms and a small pool (not a decent set up for an small animal), and a fish tank that hasnt been cleaned recently. Love this place. Its not very busy most days but i wish they had more openings time. Downside: it opens late sometimes.

The place in Lyndhurst is a good one, but the lady who works there is always late, today was the day that we were there until 10:15 and she wasn’t there yet to open the place, I’ve heard it’s happening often
