I’m extremely disappointed with Kiddy Academy. Based on my experience, it feels like they simply don’t care about the kids the way a childcare center should. The staff seemed unengaged and lacked basic knowledge about child development and proper care. There was little communication, and I didn’t feel confident leaving my child there. I've been bringing my son to Kiddie Academy since he was 4 months old, and it's been a perfect fit for our family! The facility is always clean and well-maintained, with toys and equipment regularly disinfected. But what truly sets them apart is the amazing staff - they're warm, caring, and genuinely love the kids. My son is always happy to go, and I feel confident leaving him here. It truly feels like a second home for him . I highly recommend Kiddie Academy to any parents looking for a trustworthy and nurturing daycare!
We switched to this location from a previous daycare and have been floored by how amazing each and every person that works here is. Our son is happy, learning, and thriving in this environment. We have had such a wonderful experience at Kiddie Academy of South Naperville! Both of my daughters started when they first opened, and I truly could not be happier with the care they receive every day. The staff is absolutely amazing — they consistently go above and beyond. Great facility! Staff are wonderful, my kids love coming here. They are very understanding and work with you to address concerns. Communication has been wonderful, transitioning to this center has been very smooth. The teachers are very professional and know so much about the kids. They take care of the children very well and provide the confidence to us regarding our children being in good hands.
