Cannot say enough amazing things about Kiddie Academy (Lacey). We had to transition our children from care with my mother until she became terminally ill. My daughter was barely a toddler when we started taking her there. The kindness and loving nature of the staff made the transition very easy. Every single one of the staff here truly cares for the kiddos. The staff were great at communicating with us. We never had any concerns when bringing our children to their care.
We absolutely LOVE this learning center! Our son started here @ 12 weeks and attended until 2.5 years old. (The only reason we left was because of a military move). Our son absolutely THRIVED under their care. The entire staff becomes family and love your kids as their own! The teachers were so transparent about everything and any time I had a question or issue (which was hardly ever) the directors took care of things right away. Love this academy. My daughter Mia went here for almost 2 years. The staff become like family. I never worried about her while she was at KA. Wish we could stay here forever!!
by far the worse daycare!! wouldn’t recommend letting anyone child come here.
Our experience with the daycare was largely positive, with great staff and teachers. However, we encountered an issue with the disenrollment process. We initially gave a verbal notice, but when the time came, we realized that the policy did not accept verbal notices. Due to complications with my unit in the US Army, we didn't have a solid departure date from Washington State as there were delays in receiving my orders.
