We switched from another day care to Kiddie Academy 2 years ago and I’m very glad we did. My daughter is going to enter kindergarten knowing how to write her name, numbers in English and Spanish, sight words, sign language etc. We had a weird schedule and they accommodated this year. It wasn’t always easy by any means but I appreciate Dave and Nicole for working with us and most importantly taking care of Savannah. Ms Jules is also incredible and truly loves these kids.
We started our journey at Kiddie Academy of Broadview Heights when our son was in the infant room, and the experience has been amazing from the very beginning. As a new mom, leaving my baby in someone else's care was not easy, but the teachers gave me so much peace of mind with the love, attention, and care they provided every day. Our son started at Kiddie Academy of Broadview Heights when he was just 2 years old, and now he's graduating and getting ready for kindergarten. It's amazing to see how much he has grown and learned over the years. The teachers and staff have been caring, supportive, and invested in his development and we can't thank them enough. Left the facility right away because someone here reported CPS on us due to their neglect, as they found a bruise mark on my baby. The facility denied all responsibility and reimbursement, telling us there was no camera footage and that they are "not directly involved". Someone there was trying to blame us and said it didn't happen at school. We were supposed to be notified on the same day, and they waited till the next day to inform us about the "incident report", leading us to believe it was dismissed after discussions. It... read more
My daughter has attended kiddie academy for almost 3 years. At first this place was wonderful! It was clean, the teachers were great, the food was warm etc.... a few years later this place has been ran to the ground. They hire ANYONE. I witnessed a girl named Charlie who was watching my almost 2 year old son SCREAM at him because she "thought" he knocked something over almost hurting another kid. She "thought".
