Updating my review after leaving the center. My child has been bit by the same child 3x- 1x in Sept & more recently 2x/same week. I understand in this age group biting can happen, the way the situation was handled has caused us to move to a new center. Teacher behavior- the incident report was 1/2 completed in yellow pen when presented to me- not even legible. Due to the teacher walking me through what happened verbally, I signed it. We have the had the most wonderful experience with our children at Kiddie Academy. From the infant rooms with Ms. Kelly, Ms. Kathleen and Ms. Kayla to all the way through to Ms. Nicole, Ms. Jenna, Ms. Alex and Ms. Jules in the pre-k classrooms. They are so attentive and helpful in ensuring our children have the best time while in school. It’s reassuring to have teachers we can trust that are a constant presence in our children’s daily routine.

Our 1-year-old and 3-year-old have been attending Kiddie Academy for 3 years now, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff, the facility, and the inviting, educational environment they create for our daughters have been incredible. Every teacher and staff member we’ve met has been patient, kind, and genuinely invested in our daughters’s well-being. We have been impressed with the staff at Kiddie Academy, especially Ms. Jules and Ms. Alex in Pre-K1. They have taken great measures to think outside the box to help our son with his transition into the school. And the changes they have made has been such an improvement for him to learn properly. I truly appreciate the time they took to develop other methods for him. First of all, hats off to all teachers that take care of our kids everyday and make sure the parents feel safe dropping off our babies there. I have a new baby and as a working mom I was worried as I had to send him in at such an early age (6 weeks), but Kiddie has been amazing. All his teachers in the infant room, especially Ms. Kelly, Ms. Meera, also Ms. Rachel and Ms. Nicole who occasionally come in to help, are wonderful (sorry I can't remember all names).
