We recently switched our daughter to Kiddie Academy of Ballenger Creek and I could not be happier with the transition. From our tour to our first day to now well into our first month, the team has been nothing but kind, communicative, and collaborative. We are incredibly grateful for the love, patience, and support our son has received at this daycare. I’m writing this review, without being askedto do like other daycares do ask parents for reviews and parents do it for the child sake. I sawer they do what ever it takes to make my son learn and they start potty training him at his first day. Staffing are really professional and work with parents. Manger was so nice and explaining everything and very cooperative. If there are more than 5 stars I would do it. We enrolled our son at Kiddie Academy on April 16th, and from our very first interaction with the director over the phone to our in-person tour, the customer service has been phenomenal. Prior to this, we had enrolled him in another daycare on April 6th, but after a week and two days we made the difficult decision to pull him due to a serious lack of communication following an incident that resulted in a busted lip.
