On December 13th, my doctor ordered a walking boot for my foot. I needed to go out of town on the 15th and didn't think that I could get the boot before i left due to insurance authorizations and such. Amanda and John went the extra mile calling my Primary Care doctor and my insurance company to get the approval for the walking boot before my trip.
