I Currently rent a unit from Heger, My unit is the only one without an evaporative cooler installed. My unit is in Van Nuys and it gets very hot here. To compound the problem all the humid air from other units leaks into mine through poorly built walls, creating an extremely hot and humid environment that affects my work. I have been asking Heger to address the problem by installing a cooling unit and they have not done anything about it.
