Very bad customer service
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Kidder Matthews and their agent, Chad was so careless and unprofessional that I feel obligated to leave this review about my experience with them earlier this month. Two weeks before my trip to Arizona, I reached out and asked Chad to represent me in finding a location for my business. Ryan Begley did a cost segregation study for our company's office project. He was very communicative, on time, and thorough. He personally travelled from Phoenix to Tucson to take photos of the construction and delivered the report quickly. We had a very positive experience with him, and we will definitely be using him again for next year's study.
