The staff up front mainly the woman running the front desk with the brown hair is the rudest bunch of people I've ever had to talk to. They never smile, blow and get mad when you ask for something. Also if you call and ask for results, DONT EXPECT A CALL BACK. They will tell you they will call back and never do so. I would rather take my chances with Grove Hill Hospital or to the Fulton location just for friendlier service. This place is ridiculous.
