I am new to exploring gas fireplaces, and I am incredibly grateful for the fantastic service Perry provided when I visited Kidd Fireplace. He has a ton of knowledge and experience that quickly helped me narrow down a few great options while understanding the key differences between them.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RANDY KIDD!! Be for warned. Randy will GHOST you after he takes your money. Purchased a fireplace in January 2021, paid up front. Told it would be installed within 1-2 months. 2 months later, called Randy Kidd, said he had no update. Another month goes by, call back, still nothing. We had Kidd install a gas fireplace 10 years ago. They also contracted out building our hearth. When one of the tiles came loose shortly after their contractor finished the job, we called Kidd and spoke to the owner, Randy Kidd. He promised to take care of the problem, but after waiting awhile we never heard from him, and we also forgot about it.
