Professional, intuitive, receptive I have chronic tension issues partially due to Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and a lower back injury due to a pelvic alignment issue. That paired with a sedentary occupation makes for recurring discomfort. I always feel better after a session with Ernie. He always makes sure to understand immediate issues and provides a calming safe environment.
Ernie is definitely one of the best massage therapists in the Charlottesville area. You'd be hard-pressed to find someone with more experience, especially in his specialization of sports massage. This isn't day spa stuff here. This is performance enhancing, recovery boosting, necessary maintenance for the machine (body) you demand so much from.
