New Management I completely agree with the other posts as it was BEFORE the new management. Under the new management- the store is completely different. The staff is MUCH friendlier, it is brighter and appears 'cleaner'. The store atmosphere and dynamics are much cheerier. The clothing are still overpriced- yes, and you do have to sift through the clothing to find clothing not stained or faded, however, I will continue to frequent the shop only because of the new management and occasional deals.
More Friendly :) Kid 2 Kid in McKinney is so much better now under the new management! The new staff is so much more friendly, and the whole experience was better. The store has really changed, and it's brighter and more organized. I will definitely go back there more now. :)

Great place to get cheap children's toys and clothing I haven't had to sell used items yet, but have bought clothing there. It has been a great experience. The store is bright, clean, and the staff courteous. I do agree with the other reviewer that sometimes it is crowded. Compared to a similar store (not same retailer) in NH, this store is 100% better. Poor service and rude employees Horrible buying and selling experience at this store. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all. I went in to sell nice baby, toddler, and maternity clothes and got ripped off. The 'buyer' couldn't have been more than 20 which leads me to believe she didn't really know what she was doing. When I went to purchase items she was very rude. I will never do business with this store again.
